Danny Dye served with me, Joe 'Ragman' Tarnovsky, as my doorgunner in the 240th AHC Mad Dogs. Danny was killed in action exactly one year to the day of my DEROS from Vietnam and my ETS from the Army. With no disrespect to the brave and honorable men of Danny's last company the 116th AHC, Danny will always be a 240th AHC Mad Dog in my heart.
