Here are two pictures donated by Gerhard Grieb,
1/A/3/39th Infantry, 9th Infantry Division.
It show the Troopers of the 9th and the Greyhounds of the 240th AHC when the 240th was still a part of the 214th Combat Aviation Battalion (Cougars). The "Old Reliables" of the 9th Infantry and the 240th AHC have a deep mutual respect for each other, and they made an excellent fighting force that was revered and feared by the VC/NVA.
