240th AHC Memorabilia
From Terry Morris, Mad Dog 39 1968/69

Well, the 240th AHC Awards Pillow has been found! Mad Dog 39, Terry Morris, said somehow it ended up in his whole baggage when he returned to the States after his tour of duty with the 240th! All right, who put it in his baggage?? Mad Dog 39 says when 240th Aviators received awards during his era, the medals would be pinned to the pillow and a formation would be called. The First Sergeant would follow the Company Commander with the pillow, then Greyhound 6 would remove an individual's medal from the pillow and the pin it on the aviator being recognized. Glad to see this important piece of 240th AHC memorabilia is in good hands!

This mint condition Greyhound patch belongs to Mad Dog 39, Terry Morris. Mad Dog 39er flew for his first month in the 240th AHC with the Greyhounds of White Flight, 1968.
You won't find this patch for sale on Ebay!
